TIP Academy has been designed with Telecom Professionals (in and out of job) and Engineering students in mind. The training is designed to drive a gradual progression in skill i.e. certifications paths - for learners – from the basic fundamentals to the more advanced skills & tools required to carry out job functions.
We follow a well-trodden standard discipline to ensure that learners not only have the knowledge & skills to do their jobs, but also the Certificate of Competency to publicly demonstrate that they have attained the required level.
Bronze and Silver certification paths are on the whole self paced e-learning with instructor led tutorials to ensure there is a transference of knowledge at the pace of the learner. Gold certification paths are a combination of e-learning, webinars and instructor led classroom sessions – since the nature of Gold level is to teach ‘How’ to apply the knowledge in practical / hands-on environments.
